Offset has personally coped with losing a loved one, his grandmother. In her honor, Offset plans to raise funds to support cancer prevention and “access to care in underserved communities.” On The American Cancer Society’s campaign page, Offset revealed his grandmother, Sallie Ann Smith was more like a mentor and coach to him.
